A free program - It is a free Christian ministry. You can interact with Dr. Bill by email, and use the instruction provided.
A ministry of support and education - You will be assisted by mentoring and psycho-spiritual education.
This ministry is strictly for Christian men (ages 21+). The foundation of assistance means that you are a born-again and committed Christian.

The Mentoring Program is an independantly operated ministry unaffiliated with any other similar service. We are Christian but not denominationally affiliated, and rely on the Holy Scriptures, prayer, Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit, and uphold the Apostles Creed.
